Crazy Co-worker, Crazy Friend
24 January 2007Posted by Mother Faerie @ Wednesday, January 24, 2007 I've got a friend I met at work, whoa, imagine that... Friends at work! Her name is Karen and she works in the connection center...for those of you untechie suave, that would be the cell phone place!
Behind the connection center we have a row of tv's in the main aisle of store on an islander. Because we are so boring, we play ice age over and over on those t.v.'s. Karen gets really over excited very easily. When I mean over excited, I mean hyper over excited. Did I mention she talks loud? I'm not sure if she's normally loud, but I definitely can hear her, so she's got to be somewhat loud :P~ There's a scene in ice age where there's a swarm of dodo birds. Those dodo birds do antics and tricks and it just tickles Karen to pieces. I wasn't sure what she was laughing at so I said, "Karen? what are you giggling at?" She replies, "Those dildo's...blah blah blah." I look where she's pointing, the scene has past and I have no idea what she's talking about for real now. She, the over excited person that she is, keeps explaining what's going on. I finally stop her and said, "Karen, do you know what a dildo is?" She replies, "yeah, those little bobby bouncy birds on ice age." I said, "do you mean dodo birds? Because ya know a dildo is a little electronic device that girls get off on." Silly girl.
But I'll love her anyways. why? Because she thinks that I'm 24, 25. Not the miserable 31 I'm turning in less than a week! :D
No, she's cool, really :) She's in the army, she's tough and got an attitude big time. She's amusing in a dark headed barbie way. She's preggers with her first baby and I get to go to the ultrasound with her! I'm so excited!!! :)
I've changed her mind about bf'ing too! she's going to try! yeah :) I'm dragging her to my LLL meetings!
