quick updates

Ouch. my back hurts. I slipped on a dvd and slammed my shoulder blade into a door jam. I want the pain to go away :(

Amaya has taken off on her bike without the training wheels! she's doing awesome!! Hana just started to get the hang of it tonight and with a few more days she's going to be a whiz at it too!!! way to go girls!

Makayla is doing well with clarinet and guitar lessons this year! I think that music is going to be a great addition to her classes.

We are all well and here and all is good.

Told you this was just a quick update. LOL :)
