My child is turning blue...



Okay, not really... this was at the world breastfeeding week celebration :) She painted her face blue as one of the project/ art things they had going at wonderscope, who graciously donated thier building and museum for the event! It was lots and lots of fun :)

P.s... That's L smiling in the background!! I babysit her two beautiful children, whom I love very much :) You can see the chunky monkey she's holding, C. He's so heavy!!! LOL :)

Back to School

It's that time again!!! The kids have been back to school a week now. They are enjoying thier classes and I'm finding how lonely my mornings can really be with all three of them gone! Fortunately it's only three hours and I've been able to get little projects done during that time :) Hana and Amaya rejoin me for the afternoon and they talk wildly about what they did in the morning :) Mak gets home about ten past 4!!! It really blows my mind that school gets out later here than when I was growing up! LOL

And for what you all have been waiting for...Pictures!!







And here's Amaya, since it's her first day ever at school...on the bus, with a big smile and proudly waving bye-bye to her shocked mom who can't believe she isn't crying because she still cries when I leave for work. Kids.



And to make the day super special, my sister and mom were here to see them all off. Sandi brought over some bagels that the girls were obviously too excited to really eat any of... It's a good thing she didn't cook like she was planning on doing... haha. Here's my beautiful sister with her nieces:
