The girls love the classes!! Makayla has gone to two classes now and she has a lot of improvement! She's got her stance down and her instructor says she's very athletic and is going to be great if she sticks it through.
Some of the things he teaches in Mak's class is confidence. He shows them how to walk with their heads held up, how to speak up, etc. I can see a great improvement in her self esteem already. I really think that she needed this! She loves to excel at everything she does and to see her fully use her mind and body is awesome! And she can hold the bent knee stance the entire class!! That's so hard! I was practicing at home with her and it was hard!!! I'm thinking I may join if I ever get to working normal schedules!
The babies have their second lesson tonight. They too seem to be enjoying it a lot. They are excited they get to wear their uniforms tonight. I took pics of Mak yesterday, so I'll take some of the babies tonight and share when I get them loaded :)
